    Don't know what they are offhand, but they are expensive. toymaniacs is a great online store, I've used them many, many times, but the shipping prices are a bit steep usually.

    I'm not sure myself exactly how expensive they can get, since my only order with them was a pretty big one so I expected a high cost, and it came out to 8.50 or so for me UPS...
